Job Description:
Mavenir is looking to hire full-time graduate engineer trainees (GET) with profound knowledge of practical engineering.
- Provide remote technical support to Mavenir customers ensuring issues and questions are resolved to customer satisfaction within SLA.
- Troubleshooting of E2E network issues, Trace analysis & coordination with all stakeholders.
- Conduct routine network maintenance tasks to ensure the network is operating at peak performance.
- Perform software upgrades and configuration changes as needed.
