AXA seeking a cohort of recent graduates to join us for a 2-year development program, focused on Innovation, Data and Analytics. In this role, you will rotate around four key pillars of our data journey for 6 months at a time.
- Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
- BI & Reporting
- Data Science & Applied AI and Data Engineering
- Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion.
These focused rotations will help you develop the skills you need to deliver timely insights that drive business decisions, build our distinguished features and help differentiate in the market through easy-to-use, scalable, cost-effective, secure, and high-performance data solutions. Before you complete the Program, we will ask you about your career preferences and match them with our business needs to determine your final placement.
