- Key Responsibilities
- Product and Investment Knowledge: Become proficient in Client Real Estate’s global funds and investmentsPortfolio Insights: Source, summarize, and disseminate real-time information across the global portfolio; work in partnership with regional Portfolio Management counterparts in Europe and Asia as well as the Portfolio Management and Asset Management teams in the U.S.Internal Reporting: Support senior leadership preparation for internal meetings, ad-hoc requests and strategy supportSpecial Projects: Participation in and execution of global special projects relating to portfolio information and strategy / positioning of the Real Estate business
- Essential Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree – Major in Finance from a reputed university
- Understanding of Real Estate / Private Equity business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment
- Knowledge of advanced excel and other MS office applications is also a must
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment handling multiple deadlines
- Acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation
- Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to contribute towards a good and healthy work environment
