Job Description :
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and performance test cases
- Drive test automation strategy and implement frameworks for scalable solutions
- Review specifications for testability and provide risk-based feedback
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC
- Perform root cause analysis and manage defect lifecycle effectively
- Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation in compliance with SOPs and GCP
- Set up and manage test environments, tools, and data for multiple projects
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements
- Participate in UAT, customer calls, and regulatory audits as needed
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1–10+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation)
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- ISTQB certification (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
