Job Description:
The Full-stack Developer within the Digital Innovation & Product Hub will be supporting in the build of proprietary software. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager, Lead Full-stack Developer and Frontend Developer, they will support in the scoping, building and deployment. They will also help to maintain standards and best practices across the project.
Core Accountabilities
- Leading the development of features across the full software life cycle – from conception to scoping, deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Working alongside UX/UI designers to develop user experience
- Maintaining development best practices (including infrastructure and documentation)
- Maintaining any tools or scripts as well as debugging production issues
Skills Professional
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to self-manage, working as part of the wider team
- Believe in clean coding and simple solutions
- Any knowledge around Performance Marketing (desired)
