Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. You will be part of a Scrum team responsible for the development and maintenance of robust applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Python, React Native, and data analytics. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring our software products are intuitive, secure, and optimized for performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in Java and Python for backend development.
  • Experience with mobile development using React Native and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML,  CSS and Angular/React
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics and tools such as SQL and Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, Micro-services architecture, and version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of cloud deployment, especially in AWS.
  • Experience with mobile-first development and multi-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of Kafka and message-driven architectures.
