Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Validate order as per the scope of work • Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation • Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build • Review the network design shared by design team • Built network config as per the scope and design • Join customer edge device activation calls , lead the call and deploy the required device configuration • Coordinating with L2 tech’s for complex issues • Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders

Network configuration

• Telecom Domain/IT related knowledge • Good Verbal and Written Communication skills • PC literate with good system navigation skills • Understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives. • Good Logical though process • CCNA Trained or CCNA trained + Certified • SDWAN trained or SDWAN trained + Certified
