Job Description Summary
LM Wind Power is seeking a motivated fresher graduate to join our Operations Quality team in Bangalore. The selected candidate will work in a workshop environment, focusing on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of wind turbine blades. Key responsibilities include undergoing NDT Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, performing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) scanning, analyzing results to assess bondline quality, and providing critical dispositions based on the findings
Role Summary/Purpose:

Competency Development & Resource Adequacy:
- Perform UT scanning on wind turbine blades in a workshop setting.
- Analyze NDT scan data to evaluate bondline quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection results for further review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in training and achieve NDT Level 1 and Level 2 certifications
Required Qualifications:
- Fresher graduate (Engineering/Science background preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on workshop environment.
- Interest in learning and growing within the field of NDT and quality assurance.
