We at Innovaccer are seeking a driven IT Apprentice to join our team and assist in configuring and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, and permissions. This role will involve providing first-level troubleshooting for Jira-related issues, collaborating with teams to gather requirements, and ensuring smooth Jira operations. The apprentice will also document best practices, procedures, and user guides, while staying up-to-date with the latest Jira features to recommend and implement process improvements. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
A Day in the Life
⦁ Assist in configuring and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.
⦁ Support users with Jira issues and provide first-level troubleshooting.
⦁ Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for Jira configurations.
⦁ Document best practices, procedures, and user guides for Jira operations.
⦁ Stay updated with the latest Jira features and recommend process improvements.
What You Need
⦁ A candidate must have Decent Verbal & written communication skills.
⦁ Any project management tools knowledge is preferred.
⦁ ITSM knowledge is preferred.
⦁ Basic understanding of Any Programming Language is preferred but not required.
⦁ Technical skills are preferred but not required.
⦁ Candidates should possess the following qualities: strong basic problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
