We are seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Generative AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer – 1 to join our innovative team at Fynd. As a part of our engineering team, you will contribute to building cutting-edge AI-native applications, integrating large language models (LLMs), and working at the forefront of generative AI technologies. This is a unique opportunity to work on real-world AI projects, build with agentic frameworks, and shape the future of intelligent applications.
What will you do at Fynd?
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-enhanced applications using Python and modern web frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
- Build intelligent systems that leverage large language models (LLMs) and generative AI techniques.
- Integrate and experiment with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Develop agentic workflows and AI-native features that interact with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) to build and query semantic search pipelines.
- Implement concepts like vector embeddings, context window optimization, and memory management to improve model performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver AI-first features and experiences.
- Ensure scalability, modularity, and performance of AI workflows.
- Contribute to experimentation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluations of LLM-based systems.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in generative AI, LLM research, and open-source AI tools.

- Comfortable using AI coding assistants like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Blackbox to accelerate development.
- Exposure to or a strong interest in agentic frameworks and AI-native product development.
- Hands-on experience or a strong interest in generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).
- Understanding of key AI concepts such as vector embeddings, token context limits, tool use, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with or enthusiasm for working with LLM APIs, foundation models, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Solid foundation in Python and good understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with the web stack (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and version control systems like Git is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
