join its India Customer Engineering business unit, which onboards new customers and is SPOC
of Ultimate Customers
Areas of exposure during the Apprenticeship Program:
- Adobe seeks to employ passionate, enthusiastic, and product support-focused
candidates in the India Customer Engineering business unit, which caters to Adobe
Experience Cloud products.
- Technical Support Consultants provide accurate and timely technical support to
Adobe customers via telephone and portal. They will resolve complex and technical
support issues with varying degrees of priority.
- They address incidents within predetermined service levels, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- They carry out projects as assigned and support other teammembers in representing Adobe professionally.
- Good understanding of Front-End dev skills like HTML,
Angular JS, React, UI, Javascript, CSS
- Good understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills,
- combined with a good understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring
- and Hibernate
- Exposure to PHP, Python, PySpark or related libraries
- Exposure to Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience
- Good understanding of core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services
- development using RESTful implementations
- Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications.
- Strong knowledge on Database, SQL queries on any one database
- Experience in a wide range of Operating Systems
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal in English
