Responsibilities:
- Provide support for NOC operations and network operations in a Linux environment.
- Provide technical systems support and perform regular maintenance activities.
- Respond and resolve support requests from end users in a timely manner within SLA.
- Document support procedures and operational workarounds.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and provide support where needed.
- Support non-production environments, deployments, and system deployment plans.

- 0-3 years of experience in NOC operations, network operations, or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts, Linux and SQL commands.
- Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools (Zendesk, Jira etc)
- Ability to learn new technologies and support varied application portfolios.
- Knowledge of server operating systems like RHEL, SLES, VMware, and Windows.
- Experience in SQL server query performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for real-time service support environments.
