Job Description:
You’ll be paid during the training period, and upon successful completion, you may be offered a full-time role in one of our Engineering Teams such as Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Technical Support.
Our Pune NextGen Academy kicks off in June 2026. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity at our Pune development center.
What You’ll Do:
As a NextGen Academy trainee, you will:
- Participate in a paid, full-time training program focused on software engineering, operating systems, quality assurance and enterprise technologies.
- Learn core programming languages and tools used in large-scale software systems.
- Work on individual and team assignments to solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with teammates across departments and global locations.
- Receive ongoing mentorship, feedback, and learning opportunities throughout the 6-month program.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- A B.E / B. Tech – Computer Science, IT degree, or a related field.
- Recent university graduates or coding enthusiasts.
- Strong evidence of coding experience – academic, personal, or commercial.
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming languages.
- Passionate about coding and/testing, as evident by previous participation in internships, bootcamps, academic work, personal projects, or open-source contributions (e.g., coding at home, building apps, contributing to GitHub).
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn about systems, networks, and software engineering.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
