- Responsible for providing data sets, identifying and analyzing the data for first mile and last mile deliveries
- Proactively identify continuous improvements to reduce costs and improve productivity • Identifying, analyzing, creating and interpreting pattern from data using statistical methods
- Responsible for analyzing automation benefit across different business processes and identifying flaws/errors for improvement
- Responsible for helping in improvement of adoption for new feature releases and driving adherence
- Support strategic initiatives that directly impact profitability and customer experience
