About the Role:
As a Backend Developer at Curefit (Cult), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems that power our health and fitness platform, serving millions of users nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Java Spring Boot and Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and product managers.
- Build and optimize microservices architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Java with practical experience in Spring Boot framework
- Working knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of database systems including SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
