About the Apprentice Technical Consultant Role at Adobe
The Adobe Consulting Services (ACS) professional services team plays a pivotal role, working directly with Adobe’s customers and partners to align business challenges with cutting-edge technology solutions. As an Apprentice Technical Consultant, you will contribute to providing essential technical skills on the ground with customers, defining robust implementation processes, and supporting the successful adoption of Adobe’s industry-leading Experience Cloud. Apprentices join this esteemed team as early-career consulting talent, gaining invaluable experience and mentorship.
What You Will Do
- Shadow and assist senior consultants in translating customer business requirements into technical solutions, with increasing independence gradually.
- Learn to create and integrate content-driven applications on Adobe Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud, supported by your mentor.
- Observe and support client-facing sessions during Months 1–2, progressing to assisted delivery from Month 3 onward.
- Contribute to implementation processes and documentation as part of the team.
- Support post-implementation activities including testing, documentation, and customer assistance.
- Attend scrum ceremonies and provide progress updates on assigned tasks.
What You Need to Succeed
Required Qualifications:
- BE / B. Tech / MCA / M. Sc / M. Tech – 2025 or 2026 graduation or less than 6 months of total work experience for a 2025 batch pass out at the time of joining.
- Foundational knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn in a client-facing environment.
Good to Have Skills:
- Exposure to any one of: Java, Python, PHP, React, or Angular.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs or web services concepts.
