Software Engineer (0–3 Years Experience) – Full Stack Java Developer
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of hands-on experience in software development with React.js (Front-End) and Java (Back-End).
- Strong understanding of Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including exposure to AI Agents, OpenAI/LLM technologies, and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Strong Java React.js programming skills including object-oriented design, prototyping, development, testing, profiling, etc.
- Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Familiarity with in-memory caching technologies such as Redis and Memcached.
- Understanding of relational databases, preferably Oracle, including SQL query optimization and database design.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases, preferably Cassandra.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and related CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
