CSG Off Campus Drive 2026 Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily health checks.
• Primary Skill: Java (Beginner Level)
  Database: PostgreSQL
• Experience-1-3 Years
• Monitor stuck jobs and act accordingly.
• Assist with monitoring and investigating alerts from existing and new monitoring infrastructure.
• Help maintain customer and technical documentation for tools, processes, and support activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting and debugging CSG Quote and Order product, including Java and .NET applications.
• Support basic code analysis and minor code changes under the guidance of experienced developers.
• Work with other teams to investigate issues and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Assist with customer support activities and, where required, participate in client issue resolution with senior team members.
• Demonstrate professional behavior, reliable attendance, clear communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
