Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Assist staff engineers in trouble shooting, building, developing new features, testing of software components.
- Develop proof of concept solution under supervision
- Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for engineering tests, validation, and process improvements
- Maintain engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality, and R&D as part of learning exposure
- Attend training sessions and actively develop technical competencies in embedded software and cloud technologies
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and test instruments to maintain workplace safety and efficiency
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards during all assigned tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned to support learning and business needs
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BTech/BE) in – Computer science & engineering /IT /AI-ML disciplines completed in 2025
- Grades (CGPA/ Percentage /Percentile) – 60% or 6.5
- No history of previous employment. Previous internships are acceptable.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technical Knowledge:
- Good grasp of fundamental programming languages C++, React JS, scripting languages.
- Basic understanding of software systems (computer networks, cloud, cybersecurity, AI)
- Familiarity with usage of source code editors, build tools.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic troubleshooting capability for software and electrical systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow procedures
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, AI tools)
- Desired but not mandatory – Exposure to scripting programming languages like python, java script, Internet of Things (IoT).
- Desired but not mandatory – Embedded Programming experience like flash the image, build tools.
