Job Description:
This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area, Information Systems Function in India. Main stakeholders are Process Automation Business and IS leaders.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of technol-ogy solution and services within the defined area as directed.
Contributing to multiple assignments with clearly defined Key Performance Indica-tors across various countries to broaden your experience and further develop in-tercultural skills.
- Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period. Participating in required formal training programs (e.g., Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.
- The program is made up of three assignments in different roles.
Qualifications for the role
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Master’s level) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Systems Management or a similar field and graduating in May/June 2025
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of latest technology trends and disruptive tech-nologies.
- A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow from a diverse set of experiences and people within the IT function
- Excited to explore living and working in Bangalore and outside of India. Relocation assistance is provided.
- Must have valid India work authorization and must not require sponsorship for an employment visa by ABB at any time in the future
