- Who can apply?
- Prior Technical Experience – Candidates having minimum of 6 months and maximum of 24 months of post-Engineering full-time work experience in manufacturing units will be considered.
- Education Qualification – Full Time BE / B.Tech – Chemical, Electrical , Mechanical, Instrumentation from reputed Engineering colleges (AICTE Approved)
- Development plan – Selected candidates will undergo intense technical learning programs for a period of 6 months and post evaluation, they will be absorbed into full time technical roles across the business.
- Onboarding:
- 6 months training, wherein candidates are exposed to Manufacturing/CTS/Sales/SCM/ Safety departments in the Chemical domain in a unit.
- Post 6 months, candidates will go through an evaluation process to be finally placed across different functions like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Chief Technical Services, Sales and Safety.
Location – We have manufacturing units across India – Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Karnataka.
