Eligibility:
- Have at least 1 years of experience in IT Industry
- Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
- Exposure to domains – HCM or Payroll(not mandatory)
- Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above-mentioned application based on client specifications
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
- Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
- Willingness to work in US hours occasionally to provide support to clients or overlap with colleagues in North America
- Effective communication skills
