Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investigate and solve incidents for Java based application
- Familiar and work experience in ITIL process, managing the tickets, meeting the SLA criteria.
- Should have worked in support projects and understand the operational tasks and nature of work.
- Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of business flow on any support worked so far.
- Ability to pull data using SQL medium level queries is a must.
- Proactive, independent, quick learner
- Java knowledge and programming is added value
- Cross team interactions are a must hence, Verbal and written Communication should be precise and clear
Qualifications / Experience and/or Background
Any Engineering degree with 0 to 2+ yrs of experience
