Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Provide feedback on product quality and usability to the development team.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, graduating in 2024/2025.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
