Capgemini Off Campus Recruitment Eligibility Criteria :
- B.E / B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in any discipline
- M.Sc graduates in Computer Science & Information Technology can apply.
- The gradu ation should be a Full-Time course recognized by the Central/State government of India.
- A candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation or equivalent CGPA.
- A candidate should not have any pending backlogs at the time of drive.
Capgemini Off Campus Selection Process :
Capgemini Selection process consist of 3 Rounds, as follows each round is
- Online Aptitude Test
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
Capgemini Off Campus Aptitude Test:
Capgemini Selection process starts with the first online test which consist of following sections.Quantitative Aptitude Section
- Quantitative Aptitude Section
- Logical Reasoning Section
- Essay Writing Section
- Pseudo / Coding Section
Capgemini Quantitative Aptitude: Quant section consist general questions from number system, time, speed, train, profit, loss, percentage etc related.
Capgemini Logical Reasoning: Logical Reasoning section contains questions from Questions on Visual Reasoning, Statements and Conclusions, Data sufficiency, Blood relations,Attention to detail
Capgemini Easy Writing: Essay writing topics have no particular syllabus. These essay writing topics are based on current happening or trending topics. The Capgemini essay writing test is used to analyze your grammar, vocabulary, writing skills and presentation skills.
Capgemini Coding Section: In Coding section of Capgemini you have given 2-3 competitive Programming problem based on Data Structure and algorithm or some Pseudo Coding problems, means you have to find out errors in the given coding problems.
Capgemini Off Campus Technical Interview:
Shortlisted candidates from Aptitude test will he called for face to face Technical Interview. Capgemini focuses on analyzing your application skills & knowledge of technology.
Questions from Projects you worked on as well your favourite subjects along with some basic Programming problem of data structure, operating system, computer networking as well current trending technology related questions may asked. You must have clear understanding of basics.
Capgemini Off Campus HR Interview:
Those who clear Technical interview will be called for HR Round. This is just formality round questions from your background family, Education, knowledge about Capgemini as well some questions from your cv/, resume will be asked.
