We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Service Desk operations and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves providing technical support troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth IT operations. The position is a day shift role and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Oversee the Service Desk operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of user requests
