Job Title : Voice/Non Voice Process Trainee

Work Location : PAN India , Pune, Noida, Kolkata, Coimbotore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai.

Salary : As Per Industry Standard

Experience : Fresher (0-11 months experience acceptable) 

Shift : Flexible to work in any shifts

Education : Any Graduates – 2017 / 2018 / 2019 pass-outs only

• Responsible to complete the production within the specified timelines
• Ensure to produce the output with error free, and focus on First time right
• Ensure all the production and quality related records and documents are maintained as per organizational requirements
• Reporting to the TC/TL on performance, status and any escalations
• Having customer focus approach
