Job Description :

In Dell, as an Apprentice, you will learn to perform departmental tasks and activities and other related duties as required by business. Gain hands-on exposure in industry best practices by following standard operating procedures and putting your interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge to practical use.

You will:

• Assist & Support Direct Sales Account Managers in their day-to-day activities
• Maintain good business relationships with customers by addressing their queries & concerns during pre-sales & post sales requirements (Documents/Quotes submission, Order processing, Delivery tracking, Installation arrangement, Escalations management, coordination with support functions, etc)
• Manage inbound sales leads by telephone, web or email & do cold calling for leads generation

Here’s what we are looking for with this role: 

Essential requirements 

• BE/BTech/BCA/Bsc (2021/2022 passouts only)
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and customer-facing environment
• Monday to Thursday regular hours. Friday – flexibility to work past 8 PM as per business need
