Job Description :
- Must be willing to work in late night/early morning shifts as per IST to fulfill the project requirement
- Should be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
- This position requires continuous client interaction, hence the candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- International Technical Support experience (B2B preferred)
- Knowledge of issue prioritization, High priority issue handling experience
- Participation in bridge calls
- Experience in Command Center/NOC or infrastructure alert handling preferred
- Report generation from the tools
- Collaborate effectively across functional teams on a global scale
- Action-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Analytic insight to identify and solve client’s business and technology problems
Responsibilities include
- Acknowledge and investigate application/infrastructure related alerts
- Engage the on call team/person for those alerts which are to be taken care by other team
- Very quick response and action
