Job Description Of Hexaware :

Responsibilities:

·         Monitoring the company’s Network/Data Center infrastructure using various network/Data Center monitoring tools like ELK (Elastic Search) and Solar wind.

·         Identifying and resolving network issues and incidents.

·         Analyzing monitoring data and alerts to identify trends and patterns and proactively address any issues before they become critical problems.

·         Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

·         Documenting incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system.

·         Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and best practices.

·         Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 network monitoring support.

·         Assisting with the development and maintenance of monitoring procedures, protocols, and standards.

·         Participating in the testing and implementation of network infrastructure changes.

·         Providing reports and updates to senior management on network performance and availability.

·         Collaborating with vendors and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

·         At least 1 year of experience in network operations, network engineering, or a related field.

·         In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures.

·         Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar.

·         Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python, Perl, Bash, or similar.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·         Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 20000, or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

·         Overall, the NOC Monitoring Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the company’s network infrastructure. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
