HSBC Off Campus Description :

In this role you will:

• Should possess good knowledge on User Access management activities to work for IAM operations team from Hyd.
• Should have good understanding of Privilege access on the user access administration across any of the Platforms like Active directory, I-Series, Mainframes, Unix etc.
• Handle escalations/call follow up and effectively resolve queries.
• Be responsible for Manage the inventory of procedures.
• Be responsible for taking over inactive account cleanups that are in a BAU state
• Should take ownership of complex issues and work till its resolution.
• Review the Service Now Tickets/Requests and ensure all queries are addressed within specific Turnaround Time.
• Ensure compliance with targets on all Key Performance Indicators and other general audit requirements.
• Should also help with completing quality reviews where required for the process in line with direction received from the line manager.
• Maintain appropriate level of enthusiasm and motivation. Develop and maintain effective working relations with everyone in scope of interaction.
• Be a part of the crisis calls in ensuring representation from access management.
• Be adaptive and flexible to work on stakeholder and business needs.
• Be responsible for clean-up activity via Leavers and Transfers and periodic recertification.

Requirements

-Experience of working on Application Access Requests and a thorough understanding of the associated policies and procedures.
-Strong knowledge of User Access Management.
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written to build and maintain effective working relationships with various peer groups.
-Experience of working on Platform/Application/Privileged Access Requests and a thorough understanding of the associated policies and procedures.
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written to build and maintain effective working relationships with various peer groups.
-Knowledge of the Audit management process; experience in managing audits.
-Ability to lead, motivate, develop, influence and inspire others to success.
-Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal, management, negotiation, consultative skills.
-Proven ability to ‘self start’ and act on own initiative.
-Good knowledge and understanding of operations risks and the ability to interpret Operations risk findings.
-Attention to detail combined with strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results.
-Flexibility to work in shifts and reach out to all the Business regions.
