In the role of a Technical Analyst, you will – Support, Collaborate, Implement and be the voice of our product users with the intention to build and improve ION Products for our customers that include Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 global corporations.
As a technical analyst you will work with ION customers to:-
•Analyze technical and functional issues and communicate appropriately with customers or internal teams as necessary.
