Graduate Engineer Trainee :
- Candidates pursuing their B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in the following domains are eligible
- Mechanical
- Mechatronics
- Metallurgy

- Computer Science
- Civil
- Ceramic
- Chemical
- Production/Industrial Engineering
- Safety and Fire
- Instrumentation/Electronics
- Mining
- Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th
- Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation with no active backlog in any of the subjects during the campus drive.
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges to be preferred.
- Should not have more than a 1-year gap between two consecutive academic courses. Eg: If a candidate passed his/her 12th in 2012 and joined his graduation in 2014 then this qualifies as 2-year GAP such cases should not be shortlisted for further process

Selection Process:
The selection process includes Five Rounds
- Round 1 – Online Aptitude Test (Aptitude and Technical)
- Round 2 – Online Psychometric and Behavioural Test
- Round 3 – Group Discussion (if necessary)
- Round 4 – Online Technical /Domain Interview (Panel Interview with HR)
- Round 5 – Interaction with CHRO
Written Tests shall be conducted online in an AI-enabled proctored environment (Infrastructure required- webcam and internet-enabled PC)
