Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Associate Trainee to join our Smart team. You will provide efficient and effective IT application support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in validating and fulfilling client requirements.
Perform basic application validation and support tasks.
Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
Provide client support via email, phone, and remote assistance.
Help manage incidents and maintain records of resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Open to work 5 days’ week in an office environment (sometimes overlapping US Shift)

What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications)

Experience: IT Fresher (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. IT) with 0 to 6 months of experience.
Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL, networking, Windows, and scripting.
Eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication (Must Have)
Knowledge of basic programming language concepts, HTML, NodeJS, JavaScript (Good to have)
