Experience : 0-2 years
Eligibility Criteria:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field or IT related degree and/or combination of directly related work experience (0-2 years’ experience)
- Anyone willing to relocate to Bangalore is preferred
- Desktop and laptop break/fix experience
- Knowledge of Windows operating system and applications
- Basic knowledge of WAN/LAN networking
- Good understanding of routers and firewall would be a plus
- Desktop security best practices required
- Knowledge of remote diagnostics tools
- Mac operating system experience would be a plus
- Relevant certifications would be a plus
Job Description:-
- The Junior Systems Administrator will provide day-to-day hands-on support to the organization’s servers, network infrastructure and end user systems including but not limited to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and applications. This position interfaces mainly with internal employees and departments with some interaction with external clients.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Workstation deployments and break/fix/troubleshooting
- Hardware and software installations and upgrades
- Basic connectivity support
- User support and training
- Microsoft Windows/Office application support
- Remote user support
- Perform preventive maintenance
- IT equipment and supplies procurement
- Printer/fax deployments and break/fix
- Other duties may be assigned
