Job Description ::

The core duties and responsibilities of an Information Technology Associate include:

• Assisting in the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Helping to create and maintain IT documentation, including procedural documents and incident reports
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications and software updates
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users and managing access rights
• Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Providing orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
