Job Description:

As a Cloud Network Engineer, you will design and develop local and wide-area networks and facilitate network implementation by participating in design and security reviews, suggesting design trade-offs, evaluating vendors, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure customer and business requirements are met.

This oportunity will allow you to create network design documentation and work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the deployment and development of data centers and/or network sites and leverage technical expertise to help resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• OR Master’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Responsibilities

• You will develop your knowledge of network technologies to draw insights that aid in network design, implementation, and operation.
• You will assist in the design of reliable, scalable, and high-performance network features or components with guidance from other engineerr as well as in gathering and processing information required to complete Bills of Materials (BoMs) and helps translate components of high-level designs for datacenters or network sites into low-level designs.
• You will monitor network telemetry and performs basic analyses to triangulate failures, with guidance from other engineers and make suggestions on possible improvements to monitoring based on observations
• You will assist with the design of process or technology solutions that resolve issues with processes, physical network devices and/or tooling, and identifies deficiencies in existing systems and designs with guidance from other engineers and ensure solutions deliver high-quality improvements against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• You will share information across disciplines within their feature team in a timely manner with an appropriate level of detail and manage dependencies for their work with others.
