A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level position for recent engineering graduates. GETs undergo extensive training and hands-on experience to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills within the organization.
This role serves as a launchpad into specialized engineering streams, with active mentorship from senior engineers.
Work You will Do:
1. Technical Support & Project Participation
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of engineering projects under supervision.
- Complete all tasks and assignments set by senior engineers and project leads.
- Shadow experienced staff, ask questions, and actively participate in project meetings and training sessions.
- Perform basic engineering calculations, create diagrams, and document technical data.
- Support on-site work, equipment testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and present findings to supervisors.
2. Professional Development
