ABOUT THIS JOB
- As a member of this dynamic and fast-paced team, you will be involved in for our online video metadata, a key part of the Gracenote video data ingestion platform, consuming data from the digital catalogs of media outlets like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and iTunes and preparing that data for curation by Gracenote’s editorial teams. Companies like Comcast, Google, and Apple rely on Gracenote video metadata to power their products for millions of customers around the globe.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate must be fluent in Telugu. He/she needs to be very well-versed with these languages – reading, understanding and writing.
- Candidate must be able to read and understand English language and translate the required data into multilingual languages.
- Candidate must also be able to transliterate the required metadata for the above language.
- Candidate must be able to research and rephrase content to avoid plagiarism.
- Candidate must be able to enrich/curate metadata for movies and TV shows.
- They must be able to understand translation concerns for multilingual data.
- They must be able to understand the cultural context of the language
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Fluency in above mentioned languages
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written English skills)
- Knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel and Outlook
- Coordination skills and team player.
- Inquisitive and learning attitude.
- Logical thought process.
- Knowledge of different TV channels and TV shows will be desirable
