Job Description :
- Work as Tier 1 analyst for 24/7 SOC operations for the different processes in R-SOC.
- Ensure that 100% of all security incidents/tickets are closed out within SLA/TaT
- Proactively working on new threats that can hinder the Rakuten subsidiaries and INC
- Email analysis, Header analysis and basic malware analysis desirable.
- Look for opportunities to automate repeated tasks. Co-ordinate and collaborate in such automation tasks with the Tier 3 members
- Follow all CSDD: R-SOC processes, procedures and checklists for all monitoring and analysing activities
- Maintain meticulous records of security monitoring and incident response activities
- Recognize potential; successful; and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises thorough reviews and analyses of relevant event detail and summary information
