Job Description :
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will provide tactical support to the Shift Engineers in handling the operations of the Winding/Assembly of ENSITE/ECM/ORBIT product family. Will also drive various continuous improvement activities through EHS Sustainability & RBS in Production Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
The GET will assist the operations in respective shifts, ensuring the proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and related matters to increase efficiency. They will ensure safety, quality, and productivity through team engagement.
- Driving safety and sustainability through culture building.
- Managing daily operations through RBS.
- Implementing 6S and Visual Management (VM).
Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- B.Tech in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
