Job Description ::
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program provides recent engineering graduates with hands-on experience in manufacturing and would be deputed to our state of the art solar module facility in Jaipur or Solar Manufacturing Cell or Module at Dholera.

Under the guidance of senior engineers, GETs assist in production, quality control, and maintenance, working across departments to gain technical skills and understand manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day production activities, identifying and resolving issues to enhance efficiency, assisting in quality inspections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and contributing to process improvements.
This program aims to develop strong foundational knowledge for a successful career in manufacturing.
