Job Description:
Deliver remote service and support to customers
• Work in shifts
• Interact with customers to provide response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by technically evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
• Follow standard processes and procedures
• Identify and resolve engagement issues, independently to the extent possible, only escalating issues as appropriate.
• Accurately process and record call transactions using designated tracking software;
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Prepare Knowledge base articles post issue resolution / Standard operating procedures for repeat activities
• Proper phone etiquette;
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
• Effective listening skills;
• Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good;
• Multi-tasking capabilities;
• Strong Analytical skills
Skills:
- Good Knowledge in supporting and handling Avaya UC and CC products.
- CMS ,IPO, AES Nortel, SBC, AVP, System manager, Voice Mail ,Audio codes, Avaya CM, AEP.
- Able to solve problems with general guidance
- Should be ready to take ownership
- Candidate should have experience in handling daily O&M activities like remote monitoring, health checks, backups
