Typically:
• Works under routine direction, uses some discretion in resolving problems or enquiries. Works without frequent reference to others.
• Designs testing process, documentation standards and ensures proper test representation. Ensures test scripts reflect end-to-end processes and intended system usage. Supports the process of classifying issues and documenting issue resolution.
• Uses Industry Standard tools for accepting, managing and resolving issues identified during testing.
• Has some interaction with business stakeholders to clarify systems requirements and business processes, incorporating them into the testing process.
