Job Description :

The program spans over 18 months and consists of three six-month rotations (3*6) across different departments like Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization, Cloud Engineering, Devops, Automation ( Test/Infrastructure), Agile Project Management & Product Development.

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Fresher with bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or another analytical/technical subject (Passing year 2026)
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Willing to work in 24*5 rotational shift depending on the business requirement.
• Knowledge on Coding, Data structure & algorithms.
• A strong desire to pursue a career in software development and delivery and a demonstrable the ability to quickly understand and apply new technical concepts and frameworks.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
• The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with database concepts.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of techniques like unit testing, pair programming, code reviews, etc.
