Purpose Of Role:
Identity and Access Management
Specific Duties:
- Access Provision and De-provision on the respective platforms
- Working on Service Now Tickets
- Managing Sec Admin Mailbox
- Submission of SAM forms.
- Creating/Modifying group mailbox
- Knowledge on IT Infrastructure Support activities
- Work with users to determine issue and lend support as and when required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolves issues in a timely manner within a high-pressure environment

24×5 Support

Specific Qualifications / Skills:
- Pro-active problem solving attitude, Analytical skills, Strong oral & written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory/ Exchange 2010
- Familiarity with Sybase, Oracle, SQL and Unix Platforms
- Ability to collaborate with global teams as well as work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Passion to trouble-shoot issues
