Job Description :
Role Purpose
Supports Technology Lead in on-ground implementation of initiatives. Collects and analyses the data collected on ground to obtain insights.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand the New Product requirements and customer expectations and plan development trials with proper data sheets, process sheets, raw materials, tooling (if needed, then design the tooling) and machines
- Execute development trials on machines within optimized timeline
- Test the product against set requirements and analyse the product physically and electrically
- Get product approval from the customers including witness testing, if required
- Preparing product technical documents for customer reference
- Maintain the records of all documents during the product development phases
- Follow 5 Gate process for product development
- Generating new ideas for product design, modification, and participate in patent filing
- Technical paper preparation and presentation at different symposium
Preferred Experience and Qualification
Hands on experience of material testing and extrusion and good understanding of extrusion tools.
AutoCAD Design knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
