Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Application Support Intern to join our Application Support team. The intern will assist in monitoring applications, handling support tickets, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. This internship provides hands-on experience with enterprise applications, incident management, SQL, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor application health and support dashboards.
- Acknowledge and triage support tickets based on defined processes and SLAs.
- Perform initial troubleshooting for application, data, and user issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers with complete diagnostic information.
- Execute routine operational tasks and health checks.
- Assist in validating production fixes and deployments.
- Analyze logs and identify basic application or data issues.
- Support user access and configuration requests.
- Willingness to work in rotational shift – UK & US
- Prepare and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
