Key Responsibilities
- Work as a business application developer using our best practices
- Work closely with customers and handle their issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within SLA; follow up to ensure resolution
- Work closely with business analysts and super users to understand data and business processes and work on development activities.
- Deliver positive customer experiences by resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related background is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Must have experience in .NET framework
- Single Page Application/Client side MVC
- Experience in frontend frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular
- Experience in database management (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Good to have experience in Power Apps (D365)
- Must have experience with GIT, Jira and Agile project development environments.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers and stakeholders.
