This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on day-to-day operations and capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.

• Participate in audits and risk assessment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support to client user, process users & international users, working on TAT basis. Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/routers).
• Configured hardware and granted system permissions to new employees.
• Assisting user on Remote Support and Troubleshooting and fixing problems. Installing and configuring software, hardware, networks and maintaining servers.
• Troubleshot connectivity issues across network such as Wi-Fi, Cellular
